Il secondo show al MetLife Stadium di East Rutherford si è aperto ancora con “New York City Serenade” con accompagnamento d’archi. Una versione particolarmente sentita di “My city of ruins” è stata dedicata alle persone colpite dal terremoto in centro Italia questa settimana.

Per tre brani(“Death To My Hometown”,“American skin (41 shots)” e“The ghost of Tom Joad”) si è visto il ritorno sul palco di Tom Morello, ora in tour i suoi Prophets of Rage, al fianco di Bruce come nel 2014.
Con le sue quattro ore e due minuti questo concerto è stato anche il più lungo mai tenuto da Springsteen negli Stati Uniti e secondo solo a quello del 31 luglio 2012 quando all’Olympiastadion di Helsinki dove suonò per quattro ore e sei minuti.
